Doorfit Overseas is the Metal Fabrication Manufacturing Unit which is compatible to transform raw material into finished goods under one roof. From separate section starting from Designing, casting, moulds, machining, filling, assembling, polishing, plating and lastly packing the products as demanded by clients. Combinedly various departments work for the perfection of products interconnected to each other through line production technique.Design and Pattern Making Department
A program to improve and control the quality of metal products should start from a designer. We believe that which starts well ends well so engineers are advised to get the quality at any cost and provides full facilities to transform the design into reality. The Designer exerts a lot of influence on the final quality of the product. Various Designer Software’s such as CAD/CAM are used along with 3D Printer to carve out the precise prototype of the sample demanded by the customer.Casting & Forging Department
This department consist various methods of Casting & Forging as demanded by client or as per the need of particular product. In casting we provide Sand Casting, Die Casting, Investment Casting & Gravity Casting. In Forging we offer Hand Forging, Hammer Forging, Press Forging & Progressive Forging.
Modern Machine Shop
Our equipment’s brigade includes highly modern equipment’s like CNC laths and traub, Hydraulic press, drilling machines, milling machine, grinding, different types of welding and brazing machines. Some of them are automatic and rest of them semi-automatic. Operations performed by them are highly accurate.
Metal Polishing & Plating Department
Our equipment’s brigade includes highly modern equipment’s like CNC laths and trop, Hydraulic press, drilling machines, milling machine, grinding, different types of welding machines. Some of them are automatic and rest of them semi-automatic. Operations performed by them are highly accurate.
Packing Department
Various types of packing are done here according to client’s demand. Basically, packing is done in dust free room with utmost care to supply the product in best of its conditions. Generally, material used in packing is butter paper followed by foam bag and bubble poly bag. To deliver the goods undamaged and free from rust special deterioration cartons used. Before packing scratches and dots are thoroughly checked.

Waste Management Department
To have the least impact on environment by manufacturing process, chemicals and waste material we have established a separate unit to be environmentally friendly and preserve nature. Our commitment towards nature is pretty simple as “when we heal earth, we heal ourselves….” Mostly negligence in industrialization today has led the world towards Global warming so our motto is pretty simple and straight forward.
